Pathways has 120 beds between its 8 homes. We have men's homes and women's homes in the Inland Valley area. Please contact us for availability.
How Does It Work
Pathways accepts referrals from many Re-entry agencies including AB-109, Amity, and Geo Group. Agency staff should contact Pathways at (626) 373-6006 or tim_lisa@pathways2pomona.net for availability.
Self-Pay Accepted
Pathways has a number of beds for clients who are self-motivated to enter a lifestyle of recovery, free from drugs and alcohol, who need a safe, transitional living environment as they work toward permanent housing and independence.
