Tim & Lisa Evans, Founders
Tim and Lisa Evans founded Pathways in 2005, with the opening of their first men's home. Tim and Lisa were inspired to help those suffering with addiction by giving them hope and encouragement to become productive and successful members of their communities. In 2008 they opened a home for women and children. Since then, Pathways has grown to 9 homes and 150 beds.
Pathways Staff
Pathways employs 30+ live- in managers who are dedicated to instilling the principles of recovery in our homes, while working directly with clients to address re-entry needs and build independence. Our staff is committed to the success of our clients.
