Pathways offers intensive case management services to help clients overcome obstacles as they work toward being productive members of society. We help clients address key areas to reach their employment, legal, mental and physical health, housing, and financial goals.

Case Management
Pathways helps clients meet their post-release requirements. We work in conjunction with Courts, Probation, and the Parole office to ensure client compliance with mandated post-release programs.
Harm Reduction
Pathways is committed to providing safe, clean, drug and alcohol free housing. We have a zero tolerance policy and we require active participation in a Twelve Step Program. We foster an environment of Recovery and self-improvement for both our staff and clients.
Re-Entry Needs
Pathways helps clients address their needs and set goals to build toward a positive, productive, and independent future. We help clients assess their current situation and begin working toward employment, financial independence, and housing. We help clients find agencies to address their mental and physical health, financial needs, housing and transportation needs, and legal issues.
