Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your residency shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution between the parties. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and California law shall govern these Terms.
This section does not waive any rights you may have under California landlord-tenant law, transitional housing law, or other applicable law.
14. Fair Housing
